Processing time

Processing time is not included in shipping methods. When your order has been accepted, collectedxx@gmail.com will send you an email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing of your order. Seasonal peak periods, such as the holidays, may result in longer shipping times. The majority of orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days, but purchases will be delivered within 15 business days following the order. Please give your delivery up to two weeks to arrive. Please email us at collectedxx@gmail.com if, after three weeks, you still have not received your order.

 

 

Taxes, shipping & handling charges

Allow up to 10-15 business days for the order to be fulfilled. 

FedEx or DHL are used for delivery of orders worldwide.

TCS ships all orders to Pakistan.

Sales tax, import tariffs, and customs fees may be applied to all foreign orders and are the recipient's responsibility. The recipient nation sets this exchange rate. Please get in touch with your local customs if you need further details.

 

 

Failed delivery/returned to sender

The shipment will be returned to the sender (collected xx) at the customer's expense if the shipping address cannot be reached owing to reasons attributable to the absence of the customer's participation (wrong or inaccurate phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, missing recipient, etc.). The cost will be subtracted from the total of the purchase to be reimbursed and includes the cost of shipping as well as any duties and taxes the shipment may have accrued.

 

 

Damaged/ opened box(es)

Please take a picture of the damage before looking inside your box if it is damaged when you receive it or if it has been opened. Please send a claim through the courier who delivered your package.
